That Wine Demesne is a small wine farm in The Crags, 18km outside the coastal town of Plettenberg Bay.
The farm focuses exclusively on the production of Pinot Noir with the emphasis on a still red wine. Our cool summers and on-shore sea breezes make this area ideal for growing Pinot Noir, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly without being exposed to extreme heat.
The result is a fruit-forward, complex, well-structured Pinot in the new-world style.
