The Spier Farm Kitchen offers everything visitors need to make their own tasty farm picnics – as well as a delicious array of locally sourced and made produce to take home. Collect your pre-booked basket here, or help yourself to nutritious, farm-inspired food and linger on the stoep overlooking the Werf with a glass of wine.
Spier Hotel Restaurant & Wine Bar
The Spier Hotel Wine Bar is a great space to unwind and chat over delicious snacks and wine or beer. Next door, the Restaurant offers a la carte lunch and dinner as well as Spier’s famous buffet breakfast. Chef Amari imaginatively crafts delicious dishes, from burgers and game to fine dining and traditional regional specialities. She sources fresh seasonal produce daily from local producers. Herbs from our gardens, Spier free-range eggs, SASSI green-listed seafood and organic, as far as is humanly possible.
Vadas Smokehouse & Bakery
Overlooking the rolling lawns and ancient oaks on the Werf, Vadas features a delicious range of pasture-reared meats smoked low and slow.
The restaurant is self-service. Guests order from the bar, and the food is brought to the table soon after. Sharing is encouraged, with family-style platters that can be ordered for the table.
The bakery produces slow-fermented, fresh sourdough breads as well as a selection of seasonal fruit pies and pastries baked daily."
