Hofstraat Cellar is the garagiste operation of commercial builder Wim Smit that produces Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Tinta Barocca. The winery, which was officially registered in 2002 and started as a hobby, gets its name from the town location it had before moving to Myrtledene, a smallholding just outside Malmesbury.
