Groot Phesantekraal dates back to 1698 & is operated & run by the Brink family as a working farm, wine estate, and restaurant.
One of the many aspects of the farm is its luscious vineyards & award winning wines that it produces each year. While only a small percentage of what is grown is bottled, winemaker Richard Schreuder ensures absolute quality in each bottle.
The farm's restaurant is set in the old horse stable, built in 1767, & tastefully modernised to allow guests to enjoy fine wine & wonderful food passionately prepared by Chef Darren Allsopp & his culinary team.
