De Toren, South Africa's first-ever gravity-fed cellar was also one of the first SA wineries to produce high quality Bordeaux-style wines comprising of the noble five Bordeaux varietals, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec & Petit Verdot.
