"Cloof's neighbouring farm, Burgherspost, is nestled in the Darling Wine route
at the foot of the picturesque Dassenberg Granite Hill.
Two self-catering cottages are set at the foot of our renosterveld granite koppie. Each of the stylish self-catering, air-conditioned cottages include a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
The lounge leads out onto the patio which has stunning views over dams, vineyards and mountains.

"The Cloof tasting room is the ideal place for wine enthusiasts, nature-lovers and those just curious as to why wine is one of South Africa’s most popular assets.
Our expert hosts will guide you through our full collection of wine from our Winemakers Selection, Signature range and Duckitt collection as well as introduce you to the in-house specials.
The beautiful lawn is the perfect place to enjoy the Western Cape’s renowned weather and the vine overhangs and trees provide a cooling shelter. In addition to the option of soaking in the farm atmosphere outside, there’s always the option of relaxing in our rustic styled tasting room.
Large groups are also welcome and we are more than happy to accommodate wide varieties of parties. We do advise that you make a booking to ensure we can give you the most memorable experience possible.
