Our vision is to specialise in Cap Classique made in the traditional Champagne method that is comparable to the best that the world has to offer.
To achieve this, we have planted all our own vines – the three varieties that are used in Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. We have a fully equipped cellar and underground storage facility so that we can control the quality of our Cap Classique from start to finish. Deciding that Elgin is the best area to grow our grapes and believe we have the best terroir in the country for Champagne style MCC. We have combined the best South African viticulture practices with French know how - consultant Nicolas Follet, and wine making flair to achieve this.
