Avontuur Estate is a Winery and Thoroughbred Stud Farm, situated against the Helderberg between Stellenbosch and Somerset West, overlooking False Bay, Cape Point and Table Mountain.
The Avontuur Restaurant is open daily and serves breakfast and lunch and dinner - depending on the season. White, Red and Rose wines are produced as well as a highly rated 10 year old pot-stilled brandy and a Methode Cap Classique sparkling wine.
Avontuur is a boutique producer with many wine accolades over the years. The tasting room is open daily and offers general tastings as well as pairings.
