The state-of-the-art, family-owned, cellar of Pulpit Rock is situated on the foothills of the Kasteelberg Mountain in Riebeek West. Visitors can sample the wines of the cellar at the tasting room or hike along the 4km (return) hiking trail meandering up the slopes of Kasteelberg. The elevation of the trail starts at about 248m above sea level and ends at about 850m above sea level - it is not for the faint-hearted, but you will be awarded stunning views typical of the Swartland.
